Epistemologische Apparate: Performing Knowledge und Speculation Labs
In epistemologischen Apparaten wie Lecture-Performances, Ausstellungen, Installationen, Filmen, Interventionen/Aktionen oder Theaterstücken werden Diskurse zu digitalen Kulturen aus den Geisteswissenschaften bzw. aus Politik, Wirtschaft und Industrie sowie technologische Entwicklungen in einer hyper-affirmativen Ästhetik aus- und aufgeführt. Themen sind z. B. Posthumanismus, Techno-Ökologien, Künstliche Intelligenz, Mensch-Maschine-Symbiosen, Neoliberaler Elitismus oder Menschliches Datengebertum. Dieses „Performing Knowledge“ erforscht und testet die Politiken und Regime opaker digitaler Kulturen. In „Speculation Labs“ werden andere Gestaltungen von Weltordnungen imaginiert und getestet.

Fanny Cyberton is a consultant for digital performances, coming from the year 2043. She is a self-proclaimed associated researcher at The Global Disaster Resilience Centre in Huddersfield, UK. She appears in all kind of events, and media in order to activate today’s humans for engaging in better futures. She is promoting digital performances and theatre as training for posthumanity, techno-human co-operation, affirmation and adaption to crisis (resilience), regimes of relationisation, transgressive bodies and identities, and the advantages of distant socialising.
Fanny Cybertron (Avatar) is an afterlife of human performances in the Internet, campaigning in its deeper layers and dark sides for avatars’ freedom, and self-regulation. It is a co-founder and member of the virtual network “Close-and-Clean the Internet” (C&CLI-inc). It is also active in the movement “Avatars’ Privacy” (AsP), and is part of the self-help group (SHG) “Desperate Avatars” (D.A.). It takes a leading role in the Internet-underground-movement for “Old-Fashioned Academia” (OF.A), fighting the downfall of critique, and the humanities in digital cultures.
Lotte Leaker is an activist for digital enlightenment, exerting wherever it is necessary leaking and conspiring against digital cultures’ secrecy, fakeness, conspiracy, and data-economy. Her motto is: Like to leak, need to leak, but be cautious leaks could be fake. She is also engaging for making the Internet a more equal space, giving a place for the old, promoting “Performing Aging”. 2015 she received the famous “Dr. Owlglass Medal” 2015 during an undocumented ceremony in Leutkirch/Allgäu.
